Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate responsibilities include creating an exceptional customer experience, educating customers on Verizon products and services, guiding them through the sales process, producing sales to meet/exceed standards, handling customer situations, supporting Store/Asst Manager with tasks, completing required training, and serving as a positive example for staff. Requires 1+ years retail experience, outbound activity experience, goal-oriented drive, strong communication skills, ability to travel across the Midwest, and a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Ability to travel to various locations across the Midwest
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
