Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate at Mobile Generation. Drive customer education on Verizon products and services, guide customers through the sales process, achieve sales targets, participate in training, and support store management. Strong emphasis on customer experience, outbound activities to attract customers, and a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays. Requires 1+ year retail sales experience, ability to travel across Midwest locations as needed, and High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in a retail sales or customer service role
- Proof of achievement in prior sales/customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products, and customer service
- Ability to travel to various Midwest locations as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in US
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
