Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate responsible for educating customers on Verizon products and services, guiding them through the sales process, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling inquiries to meet needs, collaborating with store management, completing required training, and representing Mobile Generation and Verizon in a professional manner while supporting in-store campaigns and promotions.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a retail environment
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Ability to travel to various Midwest locations as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older with proof of work eligibility in the US
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
