Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager responsible for building a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment; interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates; meet or exceed personal and team KPIs; coach/mentor daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences; ensure location operations align with Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines; execute promotional rollouts and inventory procedures in a timely, accurate manner; set a professional standard of conduct for employees and others; travel across the Midwest to support multiple locations and flexible scheduling is required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably in wireless
- experience leading, coaching and inspiring a team
- proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles
- ability to travel across Midwest for locations
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
