Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager responsible for building a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment; interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates; meet/exceed KPIs; coach daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences; ensure store operations align with Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines; manage promotions, inventory procedures, and other leadership duties; travel to multiple Midwest locations as needed; strong leadership, retail sales, and customer-service skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business
- Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles
- Ability to lead, coach and inspire your team members
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service
- Ability to travel to our various locations across the Midwest as business needs dictate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
