Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading a high-energy wireless retail team at Alliance Mobile in Oviedo, FL. You’ll coach, mentor, and recruit staff, manage store operations and scheduling, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership, role-plays, and on-the-floor coaching. The role requires building community connections, maintaining compliance with company standards, and sustaining a culture of performance. Expect to work 45-50 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with lifting up to 25 pounds as needed. Prior experience in sales management with a proven record of smashing sales goals and delivering top-tier customer service is required.
