Job Summary
Drive store profits and hit sales targets by coaching your team to crush goals and delight customers. Recruit, hire, and guide employees while managing daily operations, scheduling, and compliance. Lead by example through role-plays and hands-on coaching, jumping in to support transactions and create memorable experiences. Onboard new hires with trainers and uphold Alliance Mobile's standards through seamless communication. Work 45-50 hours weekly including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales management experience
