Job Summary
Drive store profits and hit sales targets through strategic coaching and hands-on leadership of the sales team. Recruit, hire, and mentor employees while managing daily operations, scheduling, and compliance. Support transactions directly to delight customers and ensure high standards are upheld across all team interactions. Work 45-50 hours weekly including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
