Job Summary
Drive store profits by coaching teams to crush sales targets and delight customers through hands-on transaction support. Recruit, hire, and mentor employees while managing daily operations, scheduling, and compliance. Lead by example using role-plays to build a high-performance squad and uphold company standards. Work 45-50 hours weekly including evenings, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 25 pounds as needed. Partner with trainers to onboard new hires and maintain seamless communication across the community.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales management experience
- Proven track record of smashing sales goals
