Job Summary
Wireless Retail Sales Associate role at Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer. You will provide an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, educating them on Verizon products and services, guiding them through the selection and purchase process, and contributing to the store’s sales goals. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in retail
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service
- Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
