Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, educating customers on Verizon products and services, and guiding them through the sales process. Position offers strong base pay with an uncapped commission structure, a flexible schedule, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement. Must be able to travel to multiple store locations within the assigned district and be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
- Ability to travel to various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
