Job Summary
Provide an amazing customer experience in Verizon Wireless Retail as a Sales Associate by educating customers on Verizon Products and Services, guiding them through the selection and buying process, achieving sales targets, handling customer needs, supporting store leadership, completing training, and pursuing opportunities for growth. Requires 1+ year retail experience, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, ability to travel across assigned locations, strong communication, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; base pay up to $30/hour with uncapped commissions and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
