Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer Your Wireless is hiring a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to create an exceptional customer experience, educate customers on Verizon products and services, and guide them through the sales process to meet and exceed store goals. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service
- Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US
