Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate at Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, educating customers on Verizon products and services, guiding through the purchase process, and meeting sales targets with an uncapped commission structure. Roles include assisting customers, completing required training, and supporting store management while leveraging retail and wireless-technology knowledge to drive sales across multiple locations. Must be able to travel to locations in the district, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and be 18+ with US work eligibility. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
