Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, educating customers on Verizon products and services, and guiding them through the purchase process. Roles include meeting sales targets, handling customer situations, assisting store management, completing required training, and contributing to a positive, goal-driven retail environment. Requires 1+ years in retail, HS diploma or equivalent preferred, strong communication, ability to travel within the district, and availability for evenings/weekends/holidays.
