Job Summary
Providing an amazing customer experience by working directly with customers, educating them on Verizon products and services, and guiding them through the selection and buying process. Achieve and exceed sales production standards through outbound activities to drive customers into the store, participate in training, and contribute to a fun, high-energy team environment. Responsibilities include creating the ideal customer experience, assisting customers through the sales process, educating on Verizon offerings, handling customer situations to satisfaction, supporting store managers, and pursuing career growth opportunities. Skills and qualifications include 1+ years in retail sales, HS diploma (preferred), strong communication, ability to travel within the district as needed, and a flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service
- Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
