Job Summary
Provide an amazing customer experience by working directly with customers, educating them on Verizon products and services, and guiding them through the selection and buying process. Meet and exceed sales standards with an uncapped commission structure, support store management, complete required training, and develop skills for career advancement. Requires 1+ years of retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, ability to travel within the district, strong communication, self-motivation, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
