Job Summary
Provide an amazing customer experience by engaging customers, educating them on Verizon products and services, and guiding them through the selection and buying process. Drive sales to meet and exceed production standards with an uncapped commission structure, participate in training, and support store management. Must be able to travel to assigned locations within the district and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Requires strong communication, customer service orientation, and enthusiasm for wireless technology.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar retail/sales role
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proof of work eligibility in the US
- Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
