Job Summary
Create an engaging customer experience by guiding Verizon product selections, educating customers on available services, and driving sales to meet and exceed location production standards. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule; travel to multiple store locations within the district may be required. Requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, goal-orientation, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while leveraging an uncapped commission structure and competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service
- Ability to travel to various locations in assigned district
