Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer Your Wireless is hiring a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience, educate customers on Verizon products and services, and guide them through the buying process. Responsibilities include creating an ideal customer experience, assisting customers through the sales process, meeting and exceeding production standards, handling customer situations to satisfaction, supporting store leadership, completing required training, and pursuing career growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for retail and wireless technology, the ability to travel within the assigned district as needed, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role offers strong base pay with uncapped commissions, benefits (401k, healthcare, PTO), employee discounts, and growth opportunities. Must be able to work in the US and be 18+ with work eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other wireless business
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
