Job Summary
Create the ideal customer experience by assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process and educating them on Verizon Products and Services. Guide customers through the selection and buying process while producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards. Handle all customer situations as trained to satisfy needs and assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in assigned tasks. Complete all required training and set an example of personal and professional conduct. Travel to various locations in your assigned district as business needs dictate. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service
