Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer Your Wireless is hiring a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience, educate customers on Verizon products and services, and guide them through the purchase process. The role emphasizes high-energy selling, outbound activities to drive traffic to stores, meeting and exceeding production standards, and participating in an uncapped commission structure with strong benefits (401k, healthcare, PTO). The ideal candidate has retail sales experience, is goal-oriented, and capable of traveling within the assigned district as needed. Responsibilities include creating a positive customer experience, assisting customers through the sales process, educating on Verizon offerings, completing required trainings, supporting store leadership, and pursuing opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service
- Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
