Provide an amazing customer experience by engaging with customers, educating them on Verizon Products and Services, and guiding them through the selection and buying process. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service
- Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
