Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer Your Wireless seeks a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to create an exceptional customer experience, educate customers on Verizon products and services, guide them through the selection and buying process, and drive sales to meet and exceed production standards. The role emphasizes outbound activities to attract customers, uncapped commission opportunities, a flexible schedule, benefits (401k, healthcare, paid time off), employee discounts, and growth opportunities. Requirements include 1+ years of retail/sales experience, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to travel to assigned locations, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service
- Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
