Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, educating them on Verizon products and services, and guiding them through the purchase process. Drive sales to meet and exceed location production standards while handling customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with Store/Assistant Managers, complete required training, and seize growth opportunities within the company. Must be willing to travel to multiple locations within the district, work evenings/weekends/holidays, and maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills. Security and eligibility requirements in the US apply.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Ability to travel to assigned locations as business needs dictate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
