Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, offering personalized solutions beyond device and service plans. Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise, approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy. Become proficient in using digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and troubleshoot devices while completing training on in-store processes and systems. Partner with employees across channels to resolve issues, identify small business leads, and maintain strong peer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Desired Qualifications
- Retail environment preferred
