Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, educating them on Verizon products and services, and delivering an exceptional customer experience to drive sales. The role requires aligning with store leadership to meet and exceed production standards, handling customer situations to satisfaction, and participating in required training. Candidates should have retail experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated with goal orientation. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with the ability to travel to multiple Midwest locations as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and eligibility to work in the US must be demonstrated. This position offers strong base pay with uncapped commissions, a flexible schedule, health plan, 401k, PTO, growth opportunities, and ongoing incentive contests.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Be able to travel to various locations across the Midwest as business needs dictate
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
