Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, educating customers on Verizon products and services, guiding them through the sales process, and producing sales to meet or exceed standards. Role requires working with store leadership, training as directed, and maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel across Midwest locations is expected, with a strong emphasis on outbound activities to bring customers into the store. Growth opportunities and uncapped commissions accompany strong base pay.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a retail environment
- Able to travel to various Midwest locations as needed
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented with ability to educate customers on products and services
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
