Job Summary
Retail Wireless Carrier Arch Telecoms seeks a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to learn and build proficiency in customer service, demonstrate devices and plans in-store, perform side-by-side selling, guide customers through purchasing, use digital tools, and build relationships across channels. Responsibilities include helping customers continue their shopping journey, providing hands-on demonstrations, identifying customer needs, and contributing to a high-energy, customer-focused in-store experience. Opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25lbs, and have reliable transportation. Full-time or part-time availability with uncapped commission potential and employee benefits for full-time.
