Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, offering personalized solutions beyond standard device and service plans. Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise while approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy. Build proficiency in digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and perform device and account inspections. Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, and systems to become a Mobile Expert. Partner with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and handoff small business leads.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment preferred
