Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology while guiding customers through their purchasing experience with patience, honesty, and empathy. Side-by-side sell personalized solutions beyond device and service plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices, to keep customers connected. Become proficient in digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and troubleshoot device and account issues. Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and reference resources while building relationships with peers across channels to resolve issues and handoff small business leads.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment preferred
