Job Summary
Guide customers through their purchasing experience using thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise to build loyalty. Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and recommend personalized device and service solutions beyond standard plans. Help shoppers pick up where they left off in their journey across online, customer care, or in-store channels. Demonstrate coverage maps, plan benefits, and troubleshoot device and account issues while maintaining patience, honesty, and empathy. Complete training on digital tools and systems to enhance interactions and onboarding. Partner with team members across channels to resolve issues and identify small business leads.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment preferred
