Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology while guiding customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers. Side-by-side sell personalized solutions beyond bare-bones plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices, using digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and troubleshoot device and account issues. Collectively own the customer experience by resolving issues and handoff small business leads while partnering with employees across channels to create a seamless environment. Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, and systems to build expertise as a brand ambassador.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Desired Qualifications
- Retail environment preferred
