Job Summary
Wireless Retail Sales Associate responsible for learning and delivering best-in-class customer service, in-store demonstrations of devices and services, and guiding customers through purchasing experiences. Build relationships with customers, assess needs, demonstrate products and plans, and collaborate with peers to support a fast-paced retail environment. Role includes training toward promotion to Mobile Expert, with opportunities for development, performance-based incentives, and benefits for full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability
