Job Summary
Engage customers proactively to present telecommunications products and services, including mobile, internet, cable, and TV solutions. Identify customer needs to recommend appropriate packages while upselling and cross-selling to meet individual sales and commission goals. Explain pricing, promotions, and product features clearly to ensure a positive, solution-focused experience that builds long-term brand loyalty. Maintain high Net Promoter Score standards and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced retail environment. Support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius as needed. This role offers competitive hourly pay plus commission, with opportunities for internal advancement and annual travel for top performers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively
- Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services
- Must be able to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages
- Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations
- Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers
- Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience
- Must be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty
- Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
- Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture
- Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in person at the assigned retail store location
- Must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs
