Job Summary
Conduct daily retail operations and assist the store manager with coaching, while delivering first-class customer experiences through hands-on technology demonstrations and personalized sales solutions. Build relationships with customers to uncover needs, recommend IoT devices and accessories, and resolve issues across channels to ensure a seamless shopping journey. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify small business leads and actively demonstrate coverage and service benefits to drive loyalty. Complete required training on digital tools, systems, and troubleshooting processes within a fast-paced environment focused on brand values and team accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours)
- Prior wireless sales experience
