Job Summary
Conduct daily operations and coaching for the retail team while assisting the Store Manager with all store duties. Deliver best-in-class customer experiences by helping shoppers continue their journey from online or Customer Care channels, exploring individual needs, and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond standard plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices, using thoughtful questions and informative answers. Collaborate with employees across channels to resolve issues, create a seamless environment, and successfully identify small business leads. Complete training on in-store experiences, new skills, and systems to actively demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and troubleshoot devices.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours)
- Prior wireless sales experience
