Job Summary
Manage daily retail operations and assist the store manager with coaching while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Help customers continue their shopping journey from online or care channels, explore individual needs, and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Conduct side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond standard plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices, using thoughtful questions and expertise to guide purchases. Demonstrate digital tools for coverage analysis, plan reviews, and account troubleshooting, while actively building relationships with cross-channel employees to resolve issues and handoff small business leads. Complete training on in-store processes and systems, and partner with the team to create a seamless, run-around-free environment.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours)
- Prior wireless sales experience
