Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology while guiding customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers. Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching, and work side-by-side to build personalized solutions beyond standard device and service plans. Collectively own the customer experience by resolving issues and successfully identifying small business leads. Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, and processes while partnering with employees across channels to create a seamless, run-around-free environment.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours)
