Job Summary
Arch Telecom is seeking a Retail Associate Manager (RAM) in Melbourne, FL to lead a store team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Responsibilities include helping customers continue their shopping journey in-store, providing hands-on demonstrations of wireless devices and IoT solutions, side-by-side selling to tailor device and service plan recommendations, guiding customers through the purchasing journey, assisting with daily store operations and coaching, utilizing digital tools to enhance interactions, and developing relationships to generate small business leads. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong communication skills, prior wireless sales experience, and a high school diploma or GED. This is a full-time role (40 hours) with benefits, ESOP, and opportunities for career advancement.
