Job Summary
Conduct daily operations and coaching for the retail team while assisting the store manager with all store duties. Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, explore individual needs, and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Side-by-side sell personalized solutions beyond standard plans, including accessories and IoT devices, using digital tools to show coverage and troubleshoot issues. Build relationships with cross-channel employees to resolve issues and handoff small business leads. Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, and processes to become proficient in customer service and loyalty building.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours)
- Prior wireless sales experience
