Job Summary
Lead the retail team by assisting the store manager with daily operations, coaching staff, and resolving customer issues to ensure a seamless experience. Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, guide customers through purchasing with expert advice, and identify small business leads for handoff. Build proficiency in digital tools for network coverage analysis and account troubleshooting while fostering strong peer relationships across channels. This learning role requires full-time commitment and focuses on driving sales through personalized solutions and educating customers on IoT devices and service plans.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours)
