Job Summary
Conduct daily operations and coaching for the retail team while assisting the Store Manager with all store duties. Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, guide customers through purchasing experiences with thoughtful questions, and build loyalty by resolving issues to create a seamless environment. Partner with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience, successfully identify small business leads, and share best practices. Complete training on digital tools, systems, and reference resources to actively demonstrate network coverage and service plans.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours)
- Prior wireless sales experience
