Job Summary
Manage daily retail operations and coach the team while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Help customers pick up where they left off across channels, explore individual needs, and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Guide shoppers through purchasing with thoughtful questions, share expertise on coverage and plans, and recommend personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices. Assist the store manager with all operational duties, collect leads, and resolve issues to ensure a seamless environment. Complete training on digital tools and systems to enhance interactions and onboarding. This learning role requires prior wireless sales experience and strong leadership skills to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours)
- Prior wireless sales experience
