Job Summary
Conduct daily operations and coaching for the retail team while assisting the Store Manager with all store duties. Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, guide customers through purchasing experiences with expert advice, and build relationships with employees across channels to resolve issues and handoff small business leads. Collectively own the customer experience by helping shoppers continue their journey from online or customer care interactions to in-store solutions. Complete training on digital tools, systems, and reference resources to enhance interactions and onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours)
- Prior wireless sales experience
