Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations and assist the Retail Store Manager with coaching and performance management. Deliver best-in-class customer experiences by guiding shoppers through purchasing journeys, providing hands-on technology demonstrations, and recommending personalized device and service solutions. Build proficiency in digital tools to troubleshoot accounts, review device inspections, and identify small business leads. Partner with cross-channel employees to resolve issues and handoff opportunities while maintaining strong peer relationships. Complete required training on systems, processes, and new skills within a fast-paced sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours)
- Prior wireless sales experience
