Job Summary
Conduct administrative duties at the store and keep all promotions and pricing provided to the sales team up to date daily. Maintain facilities for audit compliance and assist the Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed. This role requires the ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods in a retail environment. Open work availability is required for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Assistant Manager serves as a goal-oriented, success-driven leader providing attentive service and leading by example for teammates.
Required Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
