Job Summary
Lead project delivery from post-sales handoff through final implementation and closeout; develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies; coordinate site readiness, installation timelines, and commissioning activities for wireless and RF infrastructure deployments; facilitate project kickoff, status, and closeout meetings with internal and external stakeholders; manage change orders, project risks, and scope adjustments throughout the project lifecycle; coordinate design and implementation for in-building cellular and Public Safety booster systems, DAS, Private LTE networks, and Enterprise Wi-Fi; collaborate with RF and Network Engineering teams to ensure designs meet performance and compliance standards; act as primary communication point for customers, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors; schedule field crews and subcontractors; track budgets and labor utilization; support QA reviews and documentations; promote cross-functional collaboration with Service Management and NOC teams; willing to travel frequently.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years managing construction, telecommunications, or wireless infrastructure projects
- Ability to travel frequently
- Experience coordinating multi-vendor or subcontractor project environments
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying priorities
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer project sites
