Job Summary
Design, implement, and optimize mobile core policy and charging platforms across 4G LTE and 5G networks, managing administration, configuration, and lifecycle of Amdocs, Nokia NPC, and Sandvine solutions. Conduct performance optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for policy platforms, PCC, OCS, and DPI systems while supporting carrier-grade production environments. Leverage Linux, virtualization, and cloud-native architectures to maintain high availability and manage KPIs, fault management, and capacity planning. Requires deep expertise in Diameter protocols, 5G Core, and scripting languages.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Years of experience supporting carrier-grade wireless core networks
- Years of hands-on experience with PCRF, OCS, or PCF platforms
- Strong experience with Amdocs (Openet), Nokia NPC, and/or Sandvine technologies
- Experience supporting high-availability production environments
- Strong understanding of LTE EPC and 5G Core architectures
- Experience working with Linux servers and VMware virtualization
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and cloud-native deployment models
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
