Job Summary
Manage and develop a team of wireless experts to deliver best-in-class customer experiences across +350 kiosk locations. Drive team sales results, service quality, and operational effectiveness while overseeing budgets, forecasting, merchandising, and retail metrics. Lead recruitment, coaching, and HR functions in compliance with Canadian employment standards. Work evenings and weekends to support the Orangeville team's growth within the Walmart Canada partnership.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Retail management experience
- Proven ability to drive Team, Sales Results and Service, with operational effectiveness
- Solid track record of managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics
- Experience with recruitment, coaching, HR, and Canadian employment standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good customer service instincts
- Action to help first
